Showing courage is a difficult task for everyone as everybody is not as brave as some of them are. Recently a lady showed her braveness and foiled the accused’s plan. She is a daughter of a police officer. She had gone to the market to buy a brick of ice-cream when the incident occurred. A bike-borne chain snatcher tried to grab her chain from her neck. Her mind immediately understood the situation and ordered her to take an action. She caught the snatcher though he was on the bike. The snatcher ran on his motor-bike but she didn’t leave him. She was dragged with the bike on the road. After a reasonable distance his bike got imbalanced and he fell down on the road.
A police patrolling van was going from there; they realized the state of affairs and took immediate action. In this way the snatcher was caught red handed but his accomplice managed to flee from the scene. The lady got bruises and some injury on her knees. People also gathered around the place of incident; all of them were praising the guts of the lady.
Under investigation, it was revealed that the culprit committed the crime to fulfill his addiction. The lady was awarded by the police department for her heroism. May God bless everyone to show such valor.

India is a country where so many saints are born. Some of them become more popular than others and their trusts have also become rich having property worth of many thousands or lakhs of crores in terms of rupees. It is difficult to earn such huge money by any one except a few. Sathya Sai Baba was also one of them. He had his devotees in millions in number. Most of his followers give him the rank of God. Sai Baba died recently after a long illness. Doctors who were treating him tried their best but couldn’t save his life. His devotees went into a deep shock that can be seen on their faces on the TV screen. If any body’s father dies he may not go in such depression. It shows that his devotees love him more than that of their own parents.
On the other side some people have started to take the charge of his trust in their hand as the news are appearing in the media though the media is releasing these news very cautiously. The media doesn’t want to annoy the devotees of Sai Baba as some of them are big guns. When Sai Baba was ill and fighting for life, the media had shown many controversial events related to Sai Baba’s life. Now the media has stopped showing such negative stories of his life. This is the beauty found in Indian culture. Sai Baba did so many good works to improve the life of the poor. I don’t know much about his life so it is difficult to comment much upon it. On the whole he was a divine soul as it seemed to be. I also pay my homage to this heavenly soul.

Depression is a disease concerned with mind. In it the patient looks absolutely healthy in the beginning. When symptoms of it are mild in nature it is difficult to recognize. The family members and friends of the patient don’t smell about his disease. They think his behaviour is such and ignore the seriousness of it. When the disease is in its full bloom, it is too late to handle the situation successfully. The same happened with two sisters who lived in Noida.
Two sisters lived in Noida with their parents. One of them was chartered accountant and they have also one brother who worked in a multinational company situated in other state of India. Obviously he was living there. Every thing was going well in the family. One cruel day, their father went to heaven as he met an accident. Some months later, their mother also died a natural death. After that both the sisters were left alone but a pet dog.
One day their pet dog also died without any reason. So both the sisters went under sever depression and the sister who was employed left her job. Both of them locked themselves inside the door. They started taking food less and less day by day. In the consequence they became weaker than before and their depression went on the increase. At the end they started living only on a pinch of salt.
One day people got information about them, so the door of their house was broken. They were taken to hospital where one of them died next day and other is still fighting for life.
A question arises that they were living in the most posh city and no body took care of them. Who is responsible for the whole episode and what is the remedy of it so that the incidence won’t happen again.

Anna Hazare is the man whom every Indian knows nowadays. He emerged up like a new ray of hope for India. If Anna states something people are obliged to think that it has value. Anna was born in a small village of India as most of the villagers are born. He started his career as an army- man. He had also participated in indo-pak war in 1965 when he was in the army.
Having left the army he concentrated his time in the welfare of his village. Under his guidance the village has come up as a model village that has no scarcity of water and electricity. Before that the villagers felt abandoned. Now they feel pride that they hailed in this village. Most of the people of his village have left addiction to alcohol, tobacco and sitting idle.
Anna studied the problem of India minutely and found that corruption can be rooted out if an appropriate law is formed. Having understood it he began to agitate for making such law. Recently his efforts have started taking shape but this is still in womb. This is a herculean task. He and his fellow country-men are very hopeful and think that India will become corruption less soon. The Govt. of India has accepted his first demand of forming the committee for the same after getting heavy pressure from all sides.
There are ten members in the committee, five members are nominated from the Govt. side and five names are recommended from Anna’s side. Two members of Anna’s side were from the same family. Baba Ram Dev reacted on it in the media. People criticized his statement. Having interpreted his statement, Ram Dev modified and said it was not his intention as it appeared in the media.
There are some prominent persons who are revolving around Anna. Why these people revolve around Anna, only God knows. A thought has emerged in the public mind that these people also belong to power broker group. If these people are really honest they must take oath that they neither will become the part of the Govt. nor join any political party in this life. Only then their integrity can be considered somewhat pious.
Anna praised Narinder Modi and Nitish Kumar, the two chief ministers of two states of India. Some one criticized Anna’s statement. On the very same day Anna rectified his statement. People of India feel that Anna is the second Gandhi of India. He should be firm on his statement. He should not change his words at any cost; other wise people will lose their faith in Anna. It is felt that Anna can change India’s scenario.

Recently India has won world cup in cricket and it happened after a long gap. Therefore India has been celebrating it since the movement of victory till now and will continue it for many more days, weeks and months. But very heart broken news has been given by the media that the world cup trophy which was given to the winning Indian team is the replica of the real trophy. The original trophy is still lying in the custom office due to red tape.
This is actually a shameful situation which has erupted. One side we are celebrating the victory as a national victory cum festival and on the other side the whole celebration is maligned by a tiny department of the Govt. Central Govt. as well as the states Govt. are announcing many big prizes for players and people who are involved with the team. Why Indian Govt. behaves in such a contradictory attitude even on the same issue.
There are so many other games like hockey, foot-ball, table-tennis and lawn-tennis etc. In which India participates on national and international level. But the hype for these games, neither from Govt. side nor public sides is created. Cricket is a game that is being played only by those countries that were ruled by the English in the past. No country that was not the slave of the English plays cricket.
It is true that India was also ruled by the British but now we have a status of free nation. We should think on our sports policy. We must encourage those games which enhance our pride. It doesn’t mean that I am against playing cricket. If all the country men are happy in playing cricket; let them play it but we should inform them about the Indian history. A thought just appeared in my mind that I am sharing with you.

Calc Carb is a medicine which mainly contains Calcium and is prepared from oyster’s shell. It has fat, fair, flabby constitution. It has leucophlegmatic temperament as Dr. Gurensey has stated in his book, the patient is calm and quiet in nature.
There is defective bone development. Some bones are over fed and others are deficient in nutrition. Fontanels are open. Head is large in size. There may be hydrocephalus.
Perspiration occurs on the whole body or on the single part as may be on palm and soles only. There may be sweating only on the head which wets the pillow around the head while the patient is asleep. There is coldness of the body which may be subjective, objective or both. The patient feels as if feet have cold and humid stockings.
Perspiration smells sour as all the discharges of Cal Carb are sour like vomiting, diarrhea and even eructation. Sulphur differs here from Calcarea as it has foul smell. The whole alimentary canal is sour. The patient feels better when constipated. It has diarrhea which is worse in afternoon but Sulphur has morning diarrhea. The child longs eggs and indigestible things.
The skin is cold and clammy but Sulphur has marked burning especially on the feet. It has eczema capitis and milk crusts on the head of the baby. It has the power to cure these conditions if other symptoms agree. Here Dr. Clark rightly emphasized that Homeopathy treats the patient not the disease. Graphite has marked affinity in those who are obese and have skin trouble.
It particularly affects the upper two third portion of the right lung while Sulphur affects the upper one third part of left lung. It can treat even pulmonary phthisis.
It is worse by cold weather, wet, walking, ascending and exertion. Exertion causes dysponea.
